WHAT IT IS

The decision was made. Now keep it alive.

Knowing what should happen does not mean it will happen.

Your people still have their normal jobs.Customers still need attention.Problems still happen.Priorities change.

Strategic Support creates one regular point where we look at what was meantto happen, what actually happened, what is stuck and what now needs deciding.

The purpose is not more meetings. It is to stop important work quietly disappearing underneath everyday business.

WHAT YOU GET

A regular point of claritywhile the work is moving.

01

A second mind

Someone independent who understands enough context to challenge the thinking properly.

02

Clearer priorities

Help separating what matters now from what can wait.

03

Faster decisions

Questions get dealt with instead of sitting unresolved between meetings.

04

Visible progress

We keep track of what was agreed, what happened and what still needs attention.

05

Less coming back to you

Where possible, responsibility becomes clearer so every issue does not return to the owner.

HOW IT WORKS
01

We agree the focus.

We are clear on what important work needs to keep moving.

02

Your people do the work.

The agreed actions move forward between our conversations.

03

We review what happened.

What was supposed to happen? What actually happened? What got stuck?

04

We solve what needs solving.

We deal with decisions, delays, new information and practical roadblocks.

05

We reset the next actions.

Everyone leaves clear on what needs to happen before we speak again.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we work together regularly.

How often do we meet?
Strategic Support currently includes one focused hour each week.We use it to review what happened, what is stuck and what needs deciding.
What kind of problems can I bring?
Decisions, delays, supplier issues, internal roadblocks, changes in priority, questions that came up during implementationor anything else affecting the work we are trying to move forward.
Is this project management?
Not necessarily. Strategic Support helps you think, decide and keepprogress visible. If someone needs to actively coordinate the work,Implementation & Project Support may be more appropriate.
Do I have to commit long term?
The support should exist while it is useful. If your team has the plan, the work is moving and you no longer need weekly input, there is noreason to manufacture meetings.
What if something changes?
Then we deal with what changed. New information may mean we continue, adjust the plan, change priorities or stop something that no longer makes sense.
What if I need more than one hour a week?
Then Strategic Support may not be the right service. You may need Implementation & Project Support or Private Counsel, depending on the type of involvement required.
