I follow the problem until the next move becomes clear.

I do not start by deciding that you need AI, marketing, automation, new staff or new software. I start with what is actually happening.

I look at the work.Where it moves, where it waits, where it gets repeated and where it falls apart.
I look at the people.What they understand, what they are waiting for and what they may be seeing that management is not.
I look at the money.What you are paying for, what it is producing and where effort is not giving you enough back.
I look for the pattern.Because the thing that happened today is not always the real problem.
