Can you speak to my team?

Where it makes sense and forms part of our arrangement, yes.I may join a conversation, ask questions or help clarify something.My primary relationship remains with you.

Will you implement things for me?

Implementation is not automatically included in Private Counsel.If something needs to be built or implemented, we decide who shouldhandle it and scope additional work where necessary.

Can I contact you when something happens?

Yes. Private Counsel is designed to give you access when somethingneeds thinking through. The level and method of access are agreedbefore we begin.

Is our work confidential?

Private Counsel is built around discretion. Confidentiality,boundaries and any necessary exceptions are set out clearlyin our agreement before we begin.
