I am a strategist and systems thinker.
My work sits where business problems, people, operations, technology and decision-making meet.
I ask questions, look for patterns and help business ownersand leaders understand what deserves attention and whatmakes sense to do next.
Tell Me What Is HappeningI start with what is happening.
I look at what happens before it and what happens after it.
I ask who is involved, where responsibility sits and whatinformation people are working with.
I look at what the business has already paid for, what keepscoming back to the owner and what may be sitting unused.
Then we decide what actually deserves attention.

Where work slows down, repeats or becomes harder than it needs to be.
Where money, time, effort or capability is being lost.
Where the business may be more exposed than it needs to be.
What the business may already have but is not using properly.
Where responsibility, capability or communication may be unclear.
Where something important is being delayed or decided without enough context.
I am not attached to a particular tool.
I am not trying to sell software because I happen to know software.
I am not trying to create work because I happen to provide a service.
If the right answer is to leave something alone, I will say that too.

My work has always crossed boundaries.
That range matters because a problem that appears to sit in salesmay actually begin in operations.
A technology problem may actually be a process problem.A staffing problem may really be unclear responsibility.
Something matters enough that you do not want to decide carelessly.
Something is not working and the obvious explanation may not be the real one.
Money, time, capability or opportunity seems to be escaping somewhere.
You can see potential, but you need to work out whether and how to pursue it.
You already know what should happen, but it keeps failing to move.
You need somewhere confidential to think through what you cannot discuss with everyone.
I do not want you dependent on me.
I do not want to create complexity you do not need.
I do not want to turn every problem into another service.
I do not take decisions away from the person responsible for making them.
Where your people can do the work, they should.
Where specialist capability is needed, we identify it.
Where something deserves closer support, we decide that deliberately.
The idea that is not ready.
The concern you cannot quite explain.
The decision you keep circling.
The opportunity you are not sure you should pursue.
The thing in the business that simply feels off.
I work with established business owners and leaders wherethere is something meaningful to understand, decide, improve or move forward.
No. Size alone is not the deciding factor. What mattersmore is the problem, the decision, the value at stakeand whether I am the right person to help.
Both. I may work directly with an owner or leader, speakwith members of the team, or work across different partsof the business when understanding the wider picturerequires it.
Yes. Much of the thinking, review and strategic work canhappen remotely. Where being physically present matters, that can be discussed as part of the engagement.
Where implementation is needed, we first decide whatactually needs to happen. Your team may do the work,we may need a specialist, or implementation can bescoped separately where appropriate.
You do not need to decide that before contacting me.Tell me what is happening. We can work out what kindof help makes sense from there.
You do not need to know which service you need.
Tell me what you are trying to solve, what feels stuck,or what you think could be working better.
